I have decided to stick to a lighter makeup style (though still sticking to lashes but going towards soft browns) for my school look ^^

Photo unrelated but... i have a feeling i'm getting more and more inspired by rokku gyaru style ♥♥ *mustresistfromshopping*. I love it when someone can pull of a rock type style while still keeping the feminine aspects *notsureifthismakessenseanymore* Plus it looks like a lot of fun wahaha....Lately i've also been tempted to sign up for a tumblr xD i'm still thinking about it.

Halloween is also right around the corner. I'm having trouble deciding what to wear.. i'm planning to sew one early :-D Hopefully have time to turn Vuitton into a pumpkin too wahaaha! jkjkjk~~ >8D  

{JELLY ANNA DECODEN SERIES} : Pumpkin Charm

I am very happy to announce that i have decided to contribute to the decoden world ^^

 I call it the "JELLY ANNA DECODEN SERIES" bwahahahaha!!! >8D *madscientistlaughhh*

So from time to time i would like to share some of my own tutorials and experiments in the future.  

I should probably go through some basics but for now i'd like to share a quick tutorial on how to make this halloween pumpkin cellphone strap :D The idea came to mind when i saw the halloween decoration roll in at the store ^^

A simple tutorial with no molds required.

Basic Materials: Poster Colour (yellow, red, green), Air dry clay (Your brand preference), tool (#22 wood detailer), chocolate sauce, strap, ribbon, clay sealer (not shown)

Pumpkin Orange: 2 parts yellow, 1 part red

Green: 3 parts green, 1 part yellow (additional 1 part black if wanting darker)

Roll orange clay and gently pat down until you get this shape

Using tool, gently press/carve lines

Using tool, gently press in face of pumpkin

*For a more realistic look, you may choose to shave some yellow pastels and gently brush on

Carefully fill in face with chocolate sauce

Add small amount of green to top of pumkin

Roll and flatten small pieces of green for leaves

Using hands, smooth out leaves to combine with stem

When dry, use sealer/top coat.

For shiney effect, use transparent gloss (nail polish top coat is ok)

Add strap & ribbon to complete the charm~

Comments: I was curious to try the Almond Brown's because they are part of the ever so famous Princess Mimi series that everyone seems to be raging about (i'm so tempted to get the greys!) however there weren't many reviews on them online. Then i went out an got them...that's when i understood why.

They're not comfortable. The design looked good at first but when i put it on the only visible change that i noticed was an additional black outer ring on my pupils. It was disappointing that the brown didn't show up well. It lasted 2 hours before i decided to take them off. *sadface*

I was excited for a change from my regular eyeshadows and decided to get the MAC Vibrant Grape eyeshadow. I was very pleased with this one as the pigments showed up well and gave a bold highlight to the eyes <3

Unless...unless..it's a really really important event, i have now chosen to retire from clubbing.

"Are you crazy?" ...you ask..

"Why yes, most definitely!" i will answer : D

Most of you don't know, i used to work at the club for a period of time to gain some extra moolah $__$ It's not what you are thinking haha, just coat check :) It was fun and quite interesting haha~ The different types of people that come to the club, the 'regulars' etc. I always loved korean night the most though, the music was especially awesome haha. Fabric NC on fridays are known to attract a large group of asians but nonetheless everyone is more than welcome! We get so many international attendees as well so it gets really interesting :3 Aaaa i miss KOOparty sometimes, the people there are great QuQ Let me know if you are in town and in need of tickets! i can still help you out haha~ Unfortunately my parents thought the work came to be too late at night and believed it to be intruding on my studies so i decided to opt out but it was fun while it lasted~ :D Its been quite some time now but after a few birthday parties etc... i've grown out of it. The concept of clubbing has changed now so i no longer feel the same fun i had when i first started partying. I'm old, jkjk!

The other day i decided it be my last and final night at the club celebrating a friend's bday with one of my besties, Wei~

For those who may not notice, yes, i am wearing a light sweater to a club...didn't try to put on a dress lol xD

Blue jumper/sweater generously provided by none other than MEXY shop ♥ I'll be doing a more detailed review in my next post^^ But for now, i just gotta say i'm in LOVE with this jumper! It's so comfy yet chic~ Surprisingly, I had a lot of compliments when i went shopping in it the other day haha :3

On a side note: I finished the photoshoot with the photographer from Asian Pacific Post newspaper so i'm excited to see the results x3 I had never done a professional outdoor shoot so it was an honor to work with the talented Wilson :D Look forward to another post later this week/beginning of next xD Once again i am behind with comment replies, i will get to it now haha~
