Christmas is coming!!!

I was going to blog earlier but for i became ill....a few days earlier before my test. My immune system really sucks.The horror story of my life.

Back on topic... i've been saving up some extra earnings for this holiday season. Aside from holiday shopping for friends and family....I'm planning to go all out before Christmas!! As many of you may know, a lot of my fashion styles/taste are inspired from gal/gyaru magazines (aka Popteen, Egg, Jelly, etc.) I felt i was always missing...the hair volume and of course nails! I'm extremely excited to get Japanese braid in extensions^^ Most likely going to happen early December. I'll try to take some before & after photos wahaha~~

Evan went back a few weeks ago to Taiwan for business QAQ It's kind of sad to see Vuitton waiting by the door everyday for him to come back. Sighh~ At least it's only for a month so it's not that bad :3

He calls me every other day...

Usually telling me about how delicious and inexpensive the meals are over there ;A; i like food too... haha

Summary: HORRIBLE MOVIE, BUT YOU JUST CAN'T STOP WATCHING. Seriously addicting in all the wrong areas haha. Why?

Lan Kwai Fong is a real and pretty famous party district in Hong Kong. It's where everyone gathers to have a drink and engage in the night life. The story revolves around the clubber Steven who meets the new girl Jennifer... and stories of their friends intertwined. Can't say any more because there's so much happening at every corner. You just have to watch.

Put all the pretty actors in one movie, add in the clubbing scene, add in real-life scenerios...and BAM, you have 喜愛夜蒲. LFK gives you the players and the game. You're going to hate it, but you just can't stop watching it.

I can't say this for all Asian clubs, but many of them... are pretty much summed up in this movie. That's why it's kind of hilarious to watch. If you've never been clubbing, then this might add to what you already know. If not, and you already find yourself relating to the movie...then welcome to the club.
To sum it up, clubbing is exactly...

 What exactly have i been doing for the past 3/4 weeks? What kind of horrifying things were preventing me from blogging? from socializing? from the internet?

MIDTERMS.

Oh, the death of me.

I had planned for such a wonderful halloween...with intentions to sew my costume and everything.

As you may have guessed, things didn't work out for me. It was midterm after quiz after midterm after quiz after assignment. No. break. at. all. I spent much of my time at the library secluded from the world QAQ I had a midterm ON HALLOWEEN AT 930 in the night. So sad hahaha

After missing all those parties, clubbing events etc. and instead stay at home. Drink tea and study day and night. I don't want to jinx it but i think i'm doing pretty well in my tests lately. Hard-core studying really pays off.  

I also dyed my hair back to a darker medium brown colour a couple weeks ago. Now, however, the colour has practically faded back to a dark ash blonde. I'm getting quite used to this colour now haha~

The other day my friend Sharon wanted to go see a live rock show (performed by local artists influenced by japanese rock) by bands doing various covers. My friend was hosting the event and gave me tickets :3

I mainly went because Sharon told me that her friend, Luke, had an amazing voice haha. That was very true! Although the band was recently formed, they played very well together. Check it out, their band is called Last Serenade and this was just a snippet of their performance.

My favorite of the night was surprisingly the band that played last, Rewrite. I really enjoyed their music and the lead singer also had a great voice. They remind me of a younger version of Ellegarden, my love! It was awsome :)

Which also reminds me...

I have to share the Coldplay love!! Their new song (though fans have probably listened to this for a few weeks now), PARADISE!!!

[Latest Haul]

I LOVE LOVE LOVEEE THESE BATH POWDERS!! I've been using them for the past month and a half .... QuQ my super stress relievers. Helps tone/slim as well for those interested. I especially love the smell of the royal honey milk one (not in photo) and the pink one above.

Very inexpensive eye cream^^ It does a good job of hydrating the eyes. I have yet to see a whitening effect but it's good so far and well worth the money :D

I'm guessing few of you know since i don't talk about it much but i'm a perfume addict =A= I have a hobby of collecting scents haha~My boyfriend, on the other hand, is even more of a perfume snob than me.

Gardenia by Chanel

I was very lucky to come across this perfume the other day since i usually do not stop by the Chanel counter. Only 25 Chanel locations, 2 in Canada, carried this scent. This is more of a vintage perfume since it was released back in 1925 but that just intrigued me more. It is a very fine and clean scent resembling jasmine and gardenia. It gives off a classy feminine smell with a touch of spice. This first time i tried it, it was too mild for my liking, however after a a good 15 minute wait the scent just blew me away. The only unfortunate part about this purchase is the lasting power ... i find that it wears off after about a couple of hours sighhhh 

While i was peeking through a magazine, i found a full page ad of Justin Bieber's new perfume...for women. The thing that surprised me was how much it resembled Marc Jacob's 'LOLA'...packaging-wise. The same colour scheme and the whole idea of a red-purple flower blooming from the bottle is just you know.. haha... @A@;;
