I think this is probably going to be pretty shocking in relation to my previous post but i'm now in a relationship. The timing...is quite off weird and i expected to be single for a looong time. Give me at least a year or so lol. But there was just something interesting about this kid LOL.

It was really...odd when i met Kelvin. It seemed like we already knew each other for years @@We are so similar..yet so different at the same time. So i thought i'd give it a try.

To be honest i really wasn't expecting this....I don't do long distance.

Why am i blogging about something so personal? Because... well...

I write what i feel like writing...and what i think is worth writing.

Don't worry, i won't be feeding you guys the nitty gritty, i'm not like that. Just a general understanding is enough.

Though I have to admit...

my life suddenly feels like one of those Korean dramas

...kind of unreal.

He said he would eventually move back to Vancity, and visit me often until that happens. Truthfully i didn't believe him. Guys are such liars LOL. 

Shortly after i got suckered into this LD relationship, he flew back to Ontario (school started) :(

Only to miss me so much//wahaha

...that he surprised me

by flying back to Vancity 9 days later just to see me again :)

I don't really expect much from him... so when he did that ..it made me so happy QnQ He is so sweet.

I wanted to surprise him too. 

So i booked my flight for Ontario.

It was suppose to be a surprise.

Until i found out he wanted to come back during that time to see me again.

Imagine. For reading week i fly over to Ontario.

And he flies over to Vancouver.

Both intending to surprise each other.

We are so silly haha.

Anyways, enough of that...

so we decided...

I guess you are probably waiting to see me do another giant post about fashion or hair or food or something...

Unfortunately i'm not. &I really need to say thanks to my loyal readers for sticking with me even though my posts are soooo random and inconsistent.

So, for those who found me on facebook probably already have a clue.

I broke up with my boyfriend of two years a couple of days before my 21st birthday. It was time to let go... and he accepted it. I have to admit, out of all the relationships i've witnessed (friends etc.) this has to be the most peaceful break up. We just don't have the same chemistry as we did a year back. At least i didn't feel it anymore. We thanked each other for the time and then it was over.

*exhale*

I feel ...free now. Surprisingly...i'm happier where i am..

/aside from that. I'm currently in a weak state due to ongoing fever etc... it's horrible. i'm 89lbs..it's like karma lol. But i'll take it.

Image Layout Errors

I've finally made the move to a new domain & fixed my layout problem :) It took roughly 4 days of terror from blogger, enom, and godaddy.com to do so. This probably doesn't concern most of you but i'm sure it would be helpful to the unlucky few who've caught the bug. For those who didn't, skip and ignore this.

Technical help to those using blogger:
Some of you may have found a little bug in the blogger system. One day your layout looks fine. The next minute...BAM your header image looks like complete crap. You didn't touch anything but your life is now in hell. No matter what you do (resizing, reformatting, using a different file host, unchecking the resize option)

What is the solution?
Update your browser (Google Chrome), remove the image, and reupload it.

This took me so long to figure out as it didn't work on IE, Firefox, safari... what the hell right? There you go.

Luminous Change Eyelash Review

Popular in Popteen, Egg and Vivi magazine... i've decided to try these bottom lashes. Up close, the quality looks less than average. The lashes are a bit too vibrant even for me. They are a lot more obvious than the Jewerich ones. They look okay in photos but in person... i would probably only wear them on a night out haha.

I had quite high expectations for Shu Uemura's Skin Purifier Cleanser in Cherry Blossom. It's conditions the surface and doesn't dry out the skin but it really...sucks at it's job. It doesn't cleanse as well as i thought it would. As much as i would love to say good words for it's conditioning... i can't. A cleanser is supposed to cleanse. And this didn't. In reality...i don't feel much difference whether i use it or not @___@;;; It's kind of expensive as well... price ranging from around $65-100 depending on where you purchase from. 

Bottom line? It's nice, but not necessary.

I love Lush's 'Angels on Bare Skin'! It's a reallly good and gental facial exfoliater. My new favorite^^ It does have a herbal smell to it but it's not too strong. You really only need a coin size amount each time. My skin is super soft and clean afterwards, i recommend it!

I LOVE THESE HEADPHONES! Fashionable and keeps my ears warm wahaha...

Bobbi Brown's Creamy Duo Concealer in Porcelain. I loved it when i first applied it to my face.

...not so much.

Lasting power is close to none...i use it for my undereye circles and have never seen wrinkles...until now D8

A couple of years back i stumbled upon a bittersweet novel called "Never Let Me Go" written by Kazuo Ishiguro.

Kazuo Ishiguro's 2005 novel, Never Let Me Go, was a Man Booker Prize finalist, the same prize that Ishiguro won for his 1989 novel, The Remains of the Day. Lynn Nutwell, a reviewer for School Library Journal,described Ishiguro's writing in Never Let Me Go as elegant and recommended the book for its "literary merit" as well as for it being a good medium through which to discuss the "controversial topic" of civil rights of human clones.

Yes, this is a futuristic story about human clones who are raised for the sole purpose of donating their organs to so-called normal human beings who come down with incurable diseases such as cancer. The clones are raised without fully being aware of their roles in life. They suspect that they might be different from those of the outside world—the world outside of the schools in which they grow up. -eNotes 

I easily fell in love with the novel. It wasn't until recently that i found out it had already been turned into a movie. I prefer the book over the movie but the cinematic portrayal of the children's lives... was pretty well done. Some of the scenes...the angles were just beautiful. It didn't move me like the book did, however it was very easy on the eyes. I recommend it for anyone that loves complicated life/romance novels :)
